Studying Users’ Perceptions of COVID-19 Mobile Applications in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia, several mitigating measures were implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including creation of mobile applications (apps) for public use. The government has made use these apps mandatory its citizens and residents. However, it is essential explore perception that common users have regarding using terms usability user experience. Therefore, this paper assesses experience effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction with apps. reviews five launched by Data AI Authority (SDAIA) Ministry Health Apple Store extracted an online tool analyzed content analysis method. number collected was 29 Sehha, 406 Sehhaty, 442 Mawid, 107 Tabaud, 1338 Tawakkalna. results study showed Mawid (82%) Tabaud (81%) had highest all studied. Sehha (?138%) Sehhaty (?107%) received lowest scores, followed Tawakkalna (?22%). Based on results, we identified issues each app. Some main problems reported increased battery drain, lack privacy, technical issues.
